The look of bewilderment pleased Terra more than any amount of praise could have. She lived to trick people, whether by stealing their stuff or simply confounding them with sleight of hand. Her tail wagged happily as Vikas pulled out of the daze she'd sent him into, gazing at her admiringly. The young wolf broke into laughter, full of joy at what had occurred. Smiling she moved to sit in front of him again. Unfortunately her seat had managed to run away in the excitement, leaving her with the option of the floor or him. Tilting her head she studied Vikas, wondering if he'd let her do that.
When he finally managed to speak, Terra's ears dipped down humbly, modestly taking in the praise. Grinning at his description Terra decided to take the chance, and dropped into his lap. Gazing into his eyes she smiled. You really do? One hand traced over his body, discreetly returning the knife without disturbing Vikas with the slight weight added. Most people consider something like that dangerous. Being unpredictable made people uneasy, not knowing if she would be friend or foe, no standards to judge her by.
