Hearing a voice call out sent the hybrid jumping back. Wildly Hadley looked around, trying to find out if someone had crossed through the pack borders. That wasn't right. Someone would have noticed. Unless he was just that unlucky. Scenting the air Hadley didn't find any other canines. Frowning now he looked around before his gaze fell back to the cat. It hadn't moved from it's position, though the cat seemed a lot more alert now.
A little nervous Hadley curled back up, legs pulled even tighter to his body. It was difficult to make a small target when so much of himself was available to injure, impossible to cover up.
