Now that you guys point it out I do have to agree with the threads with leaders, especially if several people started striving for the brotherhood at the same time. At the time we were simply more focused on the idea its hard to get to know and trust someone from a single encounter.

If you guys have any suggestions for initiation tasks, I'd love to see them! Cause that's were my mind starts drawing a blank.
