Perhaps introduce, 'group threads' Where all brotherhood hopefulls meet up in a kind of pack thread to discuss their choices, and all the stuff relevant to their position, etc etc, a few of these would give the leaders a chance to meet everyone without having them need to have a gazillion threads XD Just my little input
