Carving Lessons

OOC here!

Hadley had finished making the crude stool for Grace. Carefully he sat down on it, and it managed to support his weight. Relieved he placed it inside her house, smiling quietly at the fact that he'd managed to make something of his own. It wasn't very good, but it was useable. He moved out of the house quietly, walking over to check on the horses. They nickered softly at his presence, already getting used to the large male's silent presence. He walked through, making sure they were all good, before leaving and looking for some wood to carve.

Hadley wasn't an artist by any means, but seeing the carving that the male had made yesterday made him want to try doing that. He carved into the wood roughly before becoming unsatisfied at the lack of evenness. It wouldn't satisfy anyone as art. Tossing it away Hadley hunted around for another piece, deciding to stick with more practical creations. It took some time, but he found a nice thick piece of wood that he could carve into a dish. Carefully Hadley cut away the sides, and began to hollow out the center, still leaving large chunks that could bump someone.
