OOC here!

A soft bark grabbed Hadley's attention. The shy hybrid glanced up, carefully putting his work aside. The center had a decent sized dent in it now, though it by no means looked like a bowl of any kind. Respectfully Hadley flattened his ears, adopting an appropriately submissive pose. Well, appropriate for him. Anyone watching would think that the wolf that was nearby had threatened to harm him in some way by the low pose that Hadley had taken on, looking like he was begging for forgiveness for what he was doing instead of simply being polite.

The question had him pause for a moment, considering how to answer it. He didn't want to shed a poor light on Grace after rescuing him, but he wasn't sure how to answer without appearing like a slave either. I'm from Casa di Cavalieri. I came...to be free. His words were quiet, doing his best to be respectful of the stuttering wolf. Hadley didn't react to the stutter at all, having had one himself sometimes when he grew too fearful and was forced to talk, causing his words to stumble across each other as he tried to do something he wasn't used to doing at all.
