OOC i actually watched a video about carving bowls after reading your post XD

A frown formed on the wolf's face at his words, making Hadley increasingly nervous. He wasn't exactly the best at this work, having just begun learning how it was done. Looking down at his work Hadley could easily find lots of things to criticize, from the rough bumps to his speed to the fact that maybe the wood wasn't the right type, as he'd merely gone and picked up the first wooden piece that looked like it could be turned into a bowl.

It didn't seem so bad as the male hummed with his examination. It didn't sound like a bad hum. More like the one of someone who was thinking about things, planning stuff out. Actually, that didn't sound good. Hadley didn't particularly like the idea of something being planned that he didn't know about, surprises for him usually resulting in a new scar of some sort. Taking the bowl back Hadley listened respectfully to the instructions. Curiously Hadley looked at the dropped knife. There was a certain kind that needed to be used for this? Patiently he waited, hoping that it would go better with the wolf's help.
