OOC here!

The wood was taken, Hadley watching eagerly as it was placed down. There had to be a secret here, one he could learn to make his work better. The bowl was placed, pinned with the wolf's legs to be held steady. With the chisel and stone Hadley watched the bowl's rough bumps be smoothed away. Different angles and directions was taken, showing how it could smooth it. His hands twitched, wishing to try but awed at how good the bowl looked when done by someone who knew what he was doing at the same time.

The smoothing paused, disappointing the large male momentarily before the offer came. He looked up, wondering if that was really what he thought it was. The tools were held out, and Hadley took them with care. He didn't want to damage them. The bowl was moved around, and Hadley did his best to mimic what had been shown. The movements were rough, but plenty better than before. A few gouges formed in the wood that he couldn't figure out how to fix, but it was smooth instead of lumpy now.
