Carving Lessons

OOC here!

The bowl was tilted, letting the rough glue settle into the crack, and not form a large mess across the entire bowl. For his second real carving project it was quite good, already smoother and more even than the stool he'd created, a simple creation of slabs of wood thrown together. Claudius grinned back, and Hadley knew that he'd done well. The bowl was going to be just fine, and he'd be able to give it to Grace without worry. It would look half decent as well.

With the white male's permission Hadley moved and began to dig through the bag. Finding the bone knifes Hadley gently picked through until he found one with a thin delicate blade. Removing it he held it out to Claudius, hoping that he hadn't chipped it in the removal. It did seem terribly fragile for a blade. Hadley was used to knives that carved flesh, cruel and unforgiving, nothing like the delicate procedure they would be using this one for.
