Mandatory. All members should have to post at least one time, unless the are absent of course, to make sure everyone is up to date on what is shakin'. OOC knowledge does not transfer to IC knowledge unless it is an OOC/IC plot.
The mentor thing should totally be a surprise!
That is fuuun. If the people have a problem with whoever their mentor/mentoree is, then they can go to the alphas and work it out, OR give prior heads up.
