Selene's arms wrapped around his body. Everything in his world was in his arms right then. It would be just fine. Hadley didn't wish for much, already granted things beyond his wildest dreams. Even better, she pushed the barrier up. They would be lovers. She would stay with him, and he would finally be allowed to touch her without fear of harming her. Well, the fear would still be there. It would just be lessened to a small extent.
Kisses ran down his neck, and this time Hadley was able to respond with everything he wanted. Gently he drew the tiny hybrid's body to him, hands stroking her back. Shifting around he wanted to just pick her up, take her back to the bed that they'd made together. Instead he softly kissed her head, trailing up to her ears. They were so large, delicate and folded to catch everything. Kissing them he leaned forward, whispering right into there. Never a child...
