The brown woman looked at him with a somber face, clearly disappointed. The male showed a display that puzzled her. He did not merely defend himself, and she expected that, but he had little humility in anything he said. This could only confirm to her her own suspicions. "I do not question the ways of the Spirit Guides. They are sacred, and their motives are not clear to us. Be grateful that one graced you with their presence for a short time, and correct yourself for your mistakes." Where lay the reason for the pickle this male now found himself in? Clearly, solely, the reason could only be found within Matteo, but he refused to gaze inwards, and Ulilohi would not take more of his outwards lashings towards her. It was ungraceful, and hurting only him: Ulilohi knew that she was not in the wrong. She had a culture and laws on her shoulder that forced her hand in this, but his reaction only confirmed to her that the decision was right.

He locked his gaze to hers, and her muscles tensed. The nerve! He did not seem to understand, nor accept, authority in the slightest. This was not a situation where he was free to speak thusly, and the fact that he failed to recognise it, or blatantly disregarded the insight, infuriated her. Her ears lifted, and her tail, and the giant woman at once became a display of ferocious, bristling dominance. Her voice boomed at him, deep and hoarse and with clear-cut words. She threatened, but she would not strike, if that was the reaction he was hoping for. "Enough of your selfish rambles, they serve no purpose, whether they are true or not true. You know the laws, as you know how you have broken them. Be gone from my sight." Turning from him, she expected him to scramble away as fast he could when she was not looking. She would not watch him go; as far as she was concerned, he was nothing of her concern now. He would know that if he did not, the entirety of the tribe would "escort" him out. She calmed somewhat but maintained her stance, now addressing the onlookers, speaking now in a calmer voice. "We know the laws, and we know that those who break them endanger our existence and life as it is. Today, with the exile of a liar and a source of violence, we are safe once more. Unelanvhi udadolisdi." She gave a slight bow to the onlookers, tipping her chin in their direction as she uttered the blessing. Out of the corner of her eye, Ulilohi threw a glance to where Matteo had stood, looking to see if he had had the wits to disappear yet.
