Hadley crossed his arms, making it clear that he was angry. She knew she should have just stayed there with him but she needed to at least try to help Selene. Isa knew the risk she had taken by leaving Casa. There could have been anyone who picked up her scent and wouldn’t have been so friendly. She was strong though, she could handle herself.
He noticeably stiffened when she mentioned she had gone to see Selene. Isa wasn’t going to lie to him or make something up. With a sigh, he seemed to give in and forgave her. She looked up at him and kissed him softly while her tail wagged behind her. I love you Hadley. And it really wouln’t happen again. Promise. She gave him a big smile as they made their way back inside Casa borders. Once back to her room, Isa laid down on the large bed. She was upset that Selene didn’t seem interested in hearing her out but she also kind of expected it. Oh well. She was back in Casa with Hadley. Everything just seemed better when he was around.
