Prior tensions were abated rather quickly which made the woman more inclined to assist this lone wanderer. As he collected his travelling possessions, she took another moment to pan her surrounds to be certain that it was only the two of them before she lead the way to food. Provided the pups hadn’t had their way with the caches, she was certain there would be plenty to spare a needy stomach.

When ready, she smiled and tipped her crown acceptingly. “This way.” With a heavy step, she led the way toward the Evan’ule Reserve, dancing through the eastern-most part of the Valley just a little ways between the Lake and the mountain. The scent of meat could hardly be called accountable with the overbearing scent of the Family covering it. Had it not been for the keen sense of the area’s mapping, one would never have found the appropriate keeps without searching each and every one of the raised mounds in the hopes for success. With sure steps she proceeded toward a smaller reserve, more open-maw hole then den to retrieve a lengthy piece of elk muscle. Sun-dried and unseasoned, but when brought out into the open air, the scent was more apparent and appetizing still. Her own mouth began to salivate as she brought the treat to the young traveler. Smiling, she placed the meal at his paws.

“For you.”
