Okay Smile You can reply, or not Smile

Axelle continued to keep her gaze off of him, but her ears were alert to his actions. She cringed slightly when she heard him coming towards her. She prayed in her mind that he wouldn’t retaliate, and if he did – she would have to let him beat her. She didn’t know where her anger could really take her, but she really liked him and she didn’t want to see him killed by her own hands. She wanted to save that kind of rage for someone who deserved it.

Feeling his gentle touch was a definite surprise. She expected to feel fangs rip around her neck for doing that to him, but it was the complete opposite. His tongue lapped at her deep wounds – definite new scars soon – and his saliva stung them. She needed a healer, but she wouldn’t go to anyone around here… or could she? She could lie and say she was attacked by a ‘mountain lion’, something like Terra used once. Though, her situation might have been real, Axelle’s would have to be a cover up.

Axelle whined softly thinking about how she almost lost it on him, for no reason. If there was a good reason, then she would feel a little different about it – but there was none. The reason was that he bit her too hard, not something to go psychobitch about. Axelle brought her nose down to his fur as well, licking the large wound on his scruff. His fur was matted with dried blood, and she worried about him. ”Are you okay?” From being the attacker, she wouldn’t say he was, but he was a tough wolf.

She broke away from his licking, and turned away from him, limping. Her flank was bleeding badly and she would need to find someone to wrap her wounds. She would love to get through this as easily and painless as possible, unlike any of the other times she was injured badly. ”I would appreciate if you told everyone else that we got attacked by a mountain lion. No one needs to know about this.” After that, she turned and headed for the forest that she first came out of, taking her crossbow and leaving her bag on the spot. If he took it, good, if not, then she would get it later. Her pace was slow, and her blood marked the ground every few steps. She didn’t know if he would follow her, but she didn’t really want to see him now. She was happy that they weren’t on bad terms, but even still. She wanted some alone time to think about what just happened.
