OOC: Oooh, awkward turtle. / +000

The silver fae nodded in agreement. She would definitely have to be more careful about who she flaunted her heat scent around. The horrid stench had malicious powers on both her and any male she came in contact with and before today she was unaware of it's other properties. But now that she'd learned the hard way she'd be able to stop herself next time. But, what if she didn't want to? She hadn't wanted to today. She had wanted nothing more than to let it take over and fulfill the desires that burned so intensely within her. She sighed wanting not to think about it anymore. What was done, was done and now they were both past it. Fayne watched as the ashy wolf made his way to the meadow's stream wading into it. Curious, she padded over to where he was. When she had taken a dip the day before, it hadn't rid her of the scent but it had definitely weakened. Her tail swayed accepting his idea as a good one.

She pranced into the stream playfully splashing around like a child a bit farther from where Tharin had chosen. The cool water rushed around her slender frame taking with it the scent that plagued her. The water stung at her scar a bit, the skin still sensitive and healing but it wasn't that bad. A deep breath marked her temporary relief from the heat. She continued to wade around dipping her head and snapping at her own splashes distracting herself from the thoughts that were so hard to ignore. Eyes turned to Tharin a bright smile on her face only to turn away. It was just weird now sitting in the stream with him. She gave an awkward chuckle. "This is helping, right?" Although she didn't really want to be helped, Tharin did. Of course the scent would just return to her when her coat began to dry. Hopefully her heat would leave her in a day or two's time so she could return to the den at nightfall. The meadow was lovely, but it got lonely out here without anyone to keep you company. Eyes gazed at the male for a few moments before turning away. She still couldn't keep her mind off of him, even in this awkward state she had created.
