Unless of course, she was there to do harm, at which point the tension between them wasn't about to drop so easily.
_____But she doubted that the younger coyote was going to spring an all out assault on her, thinking maybe her appearance may have startled her. Though Corona had a distinct shape of a coyote, in the right light and angle, she could have just been a very petite wolf; in the same sense Gabriel could have been mistaken for a dog. “Who are you?” Finding out who this apprehensive stranger was became her next goal, sparing niceties and usual introductions for their awkward meeting.
