Her thoughts scurried through her head, wondering if she should make such a thing for Naniko. It would be a nice gesture to give, to show her love as well as pride that she had chosen to be her mate. Anu watched as Savina held the shell between her fingers, listening curiously all the while.
Connecting the dots, Anu remembered very well the male she spoke of. She was an observant fey, taking in little details that others might miss. She saw them, but rarely made the connection between them. It made sense now, giving her a small sly grin. “Yes, I remember him. As well as the way he looked at you.” She lipped in the last sentence quickly. Anu wasn’t the only one who had given her heart away.
Eyeing the onyx female, a smile on her face she spoke again. “He must be good with his hands, to make something like that.” It was an indecent comment, but they wouldn’t he girlfriends if they didn’t talk about indecent things. |
