Walking slowly he had taken the lack of rain as a chance to get out and patrol. His day had been boring for Garnet had dissapeared recently probably to find her mother. The she-coyote had taken a liking to the manor as far as he could tell which was ideal for he wished nothing less then to have her stay. The sun was high in the sky on this plesent afternoon and Jazper was filled with hope. He planned on visiting Pheonix Valley to spaak with him mother and father later that afternoon. Silently he prayed they would be as happy as he was. Sniffing as he swayed back and forth in a lazy trance in his Secui form. As he approched the borders a mixture of scents came to him. Obviously, Naniko had come this way with her two girls Mati and Brooklyn. A smile spread across his face at the thought of the two pups adventuring the territories. They were all growing so fast it was hard to keep up with them. He began to trott as he followed the trail of scent until a third smell reached him. Unfamiliar he new there had to be a stranger at the boarders. Quickening his pace he shortly found himself behind Mati and Brooklyn, motherless. His heart started to race as he looked around in a stalking mannor. Quietly, he spotted Naniko with a dark lone wolf. Odebeh suddenly came running over barking happily. The Master Sergeant stood tall once more, towering over the pups. He grabbed the young boy by the scruff and placed him behind the log. "Shh! Odebeh! Mom needs some quiet time." He whispered urgently. With a quick and friendly lick on the three pups heads he sat just outside of the brush, watching his alpha and the Loner meanwhile keping an eye on the pups in a seemingly casual position. Nodding to Naniko to make sure she knew the puppies were safe he hoped to relieve her of worry. A single alpha was of no use defensivly if she had three pups to get to safety and if worst came to worst Jazper's large and energized body would possibly better in a defensive fight while the young ones mother got them back to the manor.
