At first, the tree was bountiful with leaves and fruits, even the birds found this tree a sanctuary. Now, it's dead, dried up, the moisture literally taken out. Once it died like this, itcouldn't absorb anything, not even any kind of liquid. Though dead, it was still a tough tree. The branches are still strong to hold any weight. The animals around the place climbs the tree to get away. Some see it as a play tree. Pendzez at a young age enjoy play at this tree, climbing it, especially during the sunset to see it's majestic beauty. In the daytime, the leaves would protect the white wolf from the blazing heat of the sun on those hot days. the fruits there were a little snack. However, that was all in the past. Now, like mentioned before, it has died, but still remains on the cliff top.

The scent of the female seem to be getting close, like it was climing up the hill. He looked down and barely saw the wolf trying to climb the rocky cliff. Well, she a way to climb, not to mention if she had curiousity. Pendzez moved back to the trunk, leaning on it for a rest. His strings he put on his belt. his spear was on the ground, but he felt that he wasn't going to need it. His instincts told him that the female was harmless, but he would have to be alert, in case she wasn't.

The female made it to the top and she was looking at the white wolf. A word came from her mouth, asking if he was a ghost. A ghost? Well, he had a white pelt, but he wasn't a ghost. He was as real as any creature on the planet. His look turned to her with a reply. "No, I'm not a ghost. What gave you that idea?"
