She knew that things would have changed for Savina, that she would have changed since she had left her life at home in Italy, but she wondered how many things would be different. Now it seemed that her sister had found someone, and Ghita was the one who was alone. She would have to get used to that, to seeing Savina in this light. The wolf leaned her head against Savina's, breathing in her strange scent. Certain aspects of the scent remained familiar, but it was layered with other weird smells.
