thanks so much for being whiling to close this, I hope they meet again soon!

There was something special here. The land was beautiful, captivating her mind and heart. The land flourished in the springs warmth, bright with the green of the foliage, dotted and adorned with the bright colors of flowers Anu felt were too tropic for the region. The green thumbed wolfess fought to keep her mind from becoming tangled among the species and names. Her smile did not fade as he spoke, though her eyes spoke of a childish annoyance. Of course he was right, he seemed to be right since he had come across her. But, Anu could let him win this battle. It was his place, and there was a certain amount of trust that needed to be placed on her for him to allow her to see it. Anu had her own hideaways, and she was not very whiling to let just anyone know the paths that would lead to them. Maybe that was what this place so unique, the fact that Sankor trusted her enough or wanted to share with her something that he had found and held close to his heart.

She looked on, into the falls that cascaded downward into the pool. Fallowing without a word Anu watched as the curtain parted over his back, as if seamlessly allowing him to enter into a different world. Blue eyes saw a distorted reflection in the semi translucent veil. A shadow of her lean fragile form, oddly looking back at her in question. Breathing lightly, Anu stood planted on the other side of the falls, the only sound she heard was the beating her of heart that thundered along with the falling waters. Something came to mind, and passing under the waterfall suddenly felt wrong. A memory of the young male’s face came to her, the smile he wore and the sweet words he spoke rang in her ears. It was wrong of her, wrong to be here and would be wrong to travel to the other side of the waterfall with the secret that she held.

Angry with her foolish and selfish nature Anu quickly turned. Retreating back into the woods with haste. It was rude of her to leave without notice, but there was nothing worse then leading the male on for another moment. She was hoping and looking for something that he could not fulfill, just to satisfy her doubt. Paws tread over the fresh trail that they had created, pausing slightly in the vineyard. The place they had discussed his pack… and its members. Anu looked back, wondering if he had noticed yet, wondering if he was hurt or if he was angry. In the end it would be better, someday she would explain that she had no right laughing and smiling with him, no right to allow him to show her any world other then the one she had created for herself. Eyes fell back to the path, and the way home.
