There had been a few occasions when the cocoa Lilium had lifted his muzzle in vague recognition to a scent that was slowly evaporating as wet footsteps on the beach, waves wiping them out. It was fresh and recent today. The man was here, in Haku’s territory. It was unacceptable, and Haku was planning to announce this openly for the world to see. The wonderful part of having the piece of shit here was that he had no rights. There would be a pleasant taste of metal washing over his tongue soon. Patience.
