Pendzez followed Xeris to the cave, walking through the soft sand. He watched Xeris as she took head man to the cave. He wanted to remain by her side, but for where they were going to, it seemed safe enough for the two. It was only gonna be the two in the cave. Besides, the area had no scent of any other wild animal or wolf, so it was gonna safe.
Pendzez made his way into the cave, finding that it was a bit dark. He then got an idea. "I'll be right back. Stay here." He then rushed to the forest area, grabbing some sticks and small branches, anything that burns. When he had enough, he returned to the cave, placing the sticks in a pile against the wall. Grabbing some little stones, he made a circle, placing some sticks from the pile inside the circle, using two other stones as a flint. Scrapping the stones together, he eventually got a spark and the sticks caught fire, which lit up the cave. He looked up at Xeris "A fire for my lady," he said as he smiled.
