Firefly had loved the feel of the dirt between her nails as with every stretch and scoop she made the old badger's nest bigger and wider. She'd already made it wide enough to move about in under the roots of the old tree but she hadn't finished yet. She knew that she would have to strengthen the dirt around the roots and make certain that she didn't upset the system that the old willow was a part of. She had been so busy that she hadn't even heard the strange new packmember approaching as she worked, the scent hitting her as an after effect when she'd come up for air and to clear out the dirt from the entryway.

She paused a second, sneezing as the change from stale warm air to crisp chilly air hit her. The scent on the air caused her to stop in her actions and shake the dirt and debrae from her pelt. Turning to gaze about she finally caught sight of the scarred up male as she frowned. The scent of the pack cling to her but Firefly had never met the woman. Stopping to lick the grit from between her toes she raised a brow and asked. "Anything I can help you with?" She really didn't understand why in the world the woman had been staring at her rump this whole time while she'd been widening her new home. Perhaps she perfered women to men, but it wasn't excuse enough to get caught in the act by Firefly.
