She felt almost cheated when the man said that no, she would not be starting off with a real weapon until time had passed .This was how it should be though. Halo had started immediately with a dangerously sharp sword, not a stick as she should have. She was fresh and she had started by her own without knowledge. Her consistent training was starting to give results in both handling the weight of the blade and ability to steer it. The way Gabriel chose to go about the spear caused refreshed interest to flush through her despite the obvious disappointment that she could not start off with the actual weapon. She understood and would obey though. She liked the thought of being chosen, though to be honest she found the fact that the spear would have to find her. On the other hand, perhaps it was not. It was immature of her to underestimate her Aquila’s words. She had come to understand that the worst he spoke held meaning, for there were not a whole lot of them. He went straight to the point and refrained from adding unnecessary speech.
Ruby eyes glittered as she nodded and smiled widely at the uncle that seemed not so bad after all. ”How dense should it be?” not too thick and not too thin, obviously.
