can you add a landmark like ruinone beach to a packs already owned territory if the pack agrees or do you have to wait for the contest
Normally, in order to add a new landmark/sub-territory to an existing territory you would have to enter this through a contest. Adding a landmark is ultimately up to the leadership of the pack however. Or so I believe, unless I misunderstood your question. :]
I suppose it wouldn't hurt anyone if you PMed your leaders expressing interest in making a new territory. From there, they can evaluate how long it's been since their last one and decide if they want to do something similar. No guarantees, of course, and remember that you might not necessarily win the contest, either. :3 Just keep that in mind.
