What are the rules for creating a second character? I know that you're allowed without review for a second one, but aren't there rules beforehand? I dunno, I forgot, and then got a supercool idea for a new character...

It's listed in Procedures!
 edit: Quote:'Souls allows two characters per player by default, however, you must have had your first character on 'Souls for a minimum of 1.5 months (6 weeks) AND have made at least 45 In Character posts before introducing a second character.
