Testing for Lorelei. Smile Look, sexy scrolly table! I made it myself! Big Grin

Lorelei stroked the hair on Giza's head as they watched the boat depart. The two females stared at the turbulent waters, before turning their backs on the way they came from their homeland. Holding each other, Lorelei and Giza thanked whatever being there was to beleive in that they could get safe passage.

Of course, Lorelei's heavy bribing did help to keep them away from the sailors. Clutching a thermos of her beloved coffee, Lorelei detached from her sister, and then started forward. They would have to start exploring this new land, this 'Souls place, if they wanted to find a new home. Especially if they were to find one before winter truly set in, and the snow that only reached their ankles would start to reach their necks and bring them to their death.

Taking a sip of her coffee, Lorelei's purple and blue eyes stared at a forest along the coastline. Going into that forest would be far more pleasent than just standing out in the open, with the wind buffeting against their fur. Even though Giza wore a thick cloak, and Lorelei a large sweater of their mother's, the chill breeze found it's way past the fabric and past their fur to freeze their delicate skin.

According to their wonderful mother, they were princesses after all. And Lorelei didn't know about Giza, but she believed it. She was a beautiful German princess down to the bone. Her mother had told her she was the most beautiful. Lorelei knew she was, she knew it to be obvious. The fur she had was soft and shone with a healthy luster. The russet, white, and black stood out beautifully with her eyes. Besides, she was just naturally beautiful. Not in any vain matter, Lorelei simply knew that she was a gorgeous woman.

But other people didn't agree. Most prominant being Izaak. Worthless... her mind snarled. He killed their mother. That wonderful woman. It was disgusting how he had treated her, and Lorelei vowed some sort of revenge on him. It would be wonderful. Delicious, even. But that was when and probably if she ever saw him again. And if Lorelei had her way, it would be never. She didn't want to see his disgusting face ever again.

Pulling Giza close to her, Lorelei finally started forward, and began to trudge through the snow. Once in that darkened forest, she stopped, and decided that she would attempt to find her father. Lorelei had to meet Cotl; she knew it. But first she would have to find some source for information as to find him.

Hopefully it wouldn't be too taking on her energy. As a princess, she only had so much to spare towards menial activities such as that.
