Unfamiliar ground

She needed a place to rest her wounds and heal up, she headed into the Crimson Dreams' territory. The first thing she realised about this place was that it was more humanised than the territory she knew back in Aniwaya, where the houses were made from mainly wood. The first thing she layed her weakened golden eyes on was a huge brick mansion that made her more happy than ever. Human items were a luxury to her, she always liked the way their soft bed sheets felt beneath her and her favourite area was the kitchen, where she could eat food to her hearts content. The tiled floors and cubboards full of food was a dream come true. Speculations ran through her head as to if there would be any food in the kitchen, seen as though there are pack wolves in this area. She approached the snowy gate, peaks of snow rose up on the tips of each iron bar, as she looked for a way through.
Jumping over the top would be too painful for her in her current state of physical health, it took about 5 minutes for her to dig a ditch through the snow and under the heavy gate. It was a squeeze and the sharp barbed wire pinched at her paws and tugged at her cheek hair but she slipped through unscathed. Now trotting up the steps to the front door more wary of her surroundings as she jumped through the painted pale peeling white window with nibbled blue curtains. She found herself standing on a once white tiled floor covered with shattered glass and crockery, navigating herself just below a maze of counters and appliances. Losing sense of time. The scent of food was prominant, she followed it to an open door pantry area where she found boxes of what seemed like human food. After finding nothing but rotten tasting biscuits she explored the house further, hoping to find anyone.
