A trim, muscular figure picked its way through the messy, dusty old lane. Cobblestones had ruptured in random areas, and would prove dangerous if one should happen to step on one of the sharp shards of crumbling stone. The figure did its best to avoid such an experience, carefully sidestepping the hazards. The slender body hinted at it being a female. Her eyes were light blue; not a pale icy color, nor a deep indigo. Simply light blue, but brilliant in hue. Her oddly silky fur was a pleasant shade of orange-tan, much like that of the honey in a beehive, or shelled nuts. It was a gradient to a deep, chocolate brown on her back. Her tail was tipped with the barest hint of white, and small, random spots of white skittered down the sides of her hind legs. Her hind left leg had a barely detectable bulge at the hock, and she slightly favored the leg. Her muscles pulsed and moved as she stalked down the lane. She slowly halted, her orange-ish chin raising higher. Her blue eyes scanned her surroundings. "Reese, where the heck are you, now." She inquired to herself; or, at least, assumingly to herself, as no other living being was in sight.
