Strange to think that the girl had yet to learn how to shift and already had her first kill under her belt. Granted she hadn't delivered the final blow or anything like that but she had been there on the hunt and had taken a part in it even if she had only been the bait. But she had earned her first skull. It was one that she enjoyed going down to the borders and visiting. Actually that was what was on the agenda for today. She left the room that was settled beside her mentor and made her way down the stairs and out of the manor.
The small girl didn't get far away from the porch and across the front lawn when something felt wrong with her body. There was this itch beneath her pelt that had never been there before. There was even an ache within her joints, it lacked pain but was more along the lines of an unsettling feeling. She wasn't certain what was going on but had paused in her trek in order to sit upon the ground in order to scratch herself in hopes of getting some sort of relief from the feeling. No matter how much she scratched she just couldn't get rid of the persistent itch.
She imagined that she would have to let Halo know about this and see what the warrior female would figure it to be. It was the thought of her optime shifted caretaker that had caused a chain reaction of events. The runt sent up a yowl as her body morphed. Normally Symera wasn't one to show any hint of insecurity or weakness. She had proven that she had sass and refused to back down from whatever obstacle that she was presented with. That was just how much Symmy was determined to prove herself to those about her. But this time it wasn't the same. This time the girl's face actually displayed fear of the unknown. The child yelped as she heard a bone within her body pop. It hadn't been painful but had felt odd and was clearly unexpected. Another call was sent out and showed off just how freaked out the runtish female was.
