It was just a perfect day for her. Dalgina didn't feel the need to chatter. She wasn't a noisy wolf after all, just relaxed and enjoying the life she had available. The worries about her appearance were pushed aside for now, to worry about at another time. There was someone similar to her in appearance among her siblings. Perhaps Honrin would be able to help, or at least understand. Papa was amazing, making her tears disappear with his soft words.

Holding his hand Dalgina looked through the woods, a smile on her face and listening to the life blossoming around her. Growing up might be hard, but she had her family at her side.

Temo Wolfe

A breeze wandered over to the two wolves and ruffled their fur for a moment before getting bored and wandering off to cause some leaves to bounce and wave. A bee buzzed around their heads for a few circles before deciding that they were not flowers and had no nectar to offer for food. The breeze returned for a moment to lazily swirl around them before moving off to other parts of the forest. Their thick fur and hide protected them from the occasional mosquito that tried to bite them unless they found a sparsely hair covered and tender spot on the ears causing them to twitch.

Temo was content to just slowly walk, matching his stride and speed to his daughter, Dalgina's steps so as not to stress her any in trying to keep up with him. Their conversation had quieted down to the point that they were no longer talking but that did not matter to him. The shadows around them grew longer as the sun continued it's decent in the sky getting closer to the horizon that was hidden by the trees. This was one of those father and child moments that Temo hoped that he would never fade away into the nothingness of forgotten memories.
