Her meeting with the newest the Land of Wuffluvers King was now done and over with. It had been a tense few moments, though the whole ordeal had seemed professional from the start, despite the anger that had laid in the voice of the male. It was obvious that Skoll was a testy subject and, from the sounds of it, she had reason for her own fears to be festering in her stomach. He'd attacked children, much like Kaena had barged into the borders of Aremys and attacked and killed children. She couldn't handle it, nor would she stand for it, but it had yet to cross her mind what she might do about it. Would Phoenix listen to reason? Would he see he same potential dangers that she could foresee in the future? Would he even consider upholding the exile of Skoll from the Place of Lightning and Thunder even with the controversy that it could possibly bring? Such were the hardships of being an Omega and, despite her growing stand against allowing the male back into their 127.0.0.1, she could at least understand.

the Great Mother, an old friend and now new Omega of the Mountain Pack, would be able to give her a bit more insight on the subject, she hoped. That was the reason that Wannabe Pirate had gone straight from the Land of Wuffluvers and to the lands of the Shadowed Pack, to speak with the Great Mother and have time to mull over her thoughts before returning to the Place of Lightning and Thunder. Easing herself to a stop at the borders, Wannabe Pirate lowered her rear to the ground, settling there and curling her tail around her haunches. There was no telling when someone might find her or who it might be, but she raven dog was a patient woman and she was sure that they would take note of her arrival soon enough.

Queen Emo had left the caves for the first time in days. She was tired, and an idea had begun to form in her mind that she couldn't shake off. The knife...she'd left the knife behind when they'd been forced to flee. Was tat why Erik still haunted her after all this time? She started to head towards the old Syemv house, but instead came out the wrong exit and found herself heading for the Place of Lightning and Thunder. She shook her head and stopped.

There- in the distance- a black dog? She froze. Until now,Erik had been in her dreams. had he taken a solid form now? She felt trapped, harried, until the shape came closer and she recognized the familiar form of Wannabe Pirate. She grinned, feeling relieved, and moved forward. Hey, Wannabe Pirate! How are you? her body was relaxed now, less strained.

She could hear the steps not far off from where she was sitting, ears swiveled forward to meet the sound, and for a moment she had lost herself in the rhythm of them. Slate eyes shifted finally, moving toward the sound after a few short moment. It was easy to see the ghostly figure in the distance, it was moving closer, and Wannabe Pirate already knew that it was not who she had come seeking. Did Wannabe Pirate really need to speak to the Great Mother though? Sure, the members of the Land of Wuffluvers had different thoughts and intentions, but would they go as far as lying and knowing they'd get caught doing so? Whatever the case, it would be better for her to confirm with Jaded Shadow's Omega, lest she be accused of siding with the coyotes. Wannabe Pirate, a traitor, it was quite amusing to think.

Before very long the ghostly figure had moved close enough for her to make out, it was Queen Emo, and despite her stressful situation, she cracked a smile for a very brief moment. "Things are rough but I'm getting through." Spoken in a not so confident voice. Things were hard, very hard, but she wouldn't put her own problems off on to other people. "I didn't know that you came here. I arrived in the Place of Lightning and Thunder to take up the Gamma spot for Phoenix, thought it odd when I didn't find a trace of you there." It had been some time since she'd seen Queen Emo, Dierdre, or Lucifer. She had no idea of the things going on now.

She gave her old friend a sad smile. I understand, Wannabe Pirate. It seems so long ago we laid on the porch of Syemv and i taught you and Apollyon about the lady's staff and cauldron. At the next statement, she simply shrugged. Lucifer wanted to come here when Cloud.ed tears didn't work for us.

She didn't want to go into why it hadn't worked for them; it had really only been her fault. She'd picked the fight with him, she'd chased him away. And then she'd followed him here, even though she didn't feel she belonged here. She missed Syemv. really missed it. missed the days when all she had to worry about was Dierdre tumbling down the stairs too fast, or picking a fight with Akumu's son.

indentThe mention of such memories from Syemv brought a faint smile to the face of the raven woman, though there was an obvious sadness that lingered behind it. It had been a wonderful place, a place that she would run back to over and over a million times if she could. Phasma missed her old home, missed the days of fireside gatherings on the beach, of stories and drinking together. Unfortunately, those days had long passed and it didn't seem that they would ever return. She supposed it was for the best though, a statement had already been made by the fact that a whole pack had abandoned her.

indent"Lucifer?" She questioned suddenly, quietly. She hadn't heard a thing about or from her adopted son since the day that she exiled him from Syemv, but it seemed he was now in Jaded Shadows, with some sort of attachment to Deuce. "You've been looking after him?" He wasn't a pup anymore, that she knew, but she also understood that sometimes he needed guidance. That last thing in her head was that the two had become mates.

You've been looking after him? She twitched a graceful eyebrow upwards. In a way, yes. We're mates now. Have been for a few months. She paused, then said soflty, he misses you, phasma. He tells me your like a mother to him.

He actually said that months ago.....but she and he had been fighting recently. For the most part they hadn't stopped fighting, really. It had been a long time since they'd sat down together in Clouded Tears and just talked. She missed those days too.
