She had grown rather attached to the place she had found. Terra would wander up to the royal household, get food, and then drag a scrap of fabric back over to the den she had dug in the dry creek bed. The sandy nature of it was so soft! The fabric mainly ended up being used to entertain herself as she relaxed, tail thumping behind her as she happily shredded it into infinitesimal pieces. It was her own mini slice of paradise.

Done with the grey strip she had torn up Terra happily wandered down to the stream. Lowering her head she lapped at the water, listening to the birds fluttering around. Normally she was extremely moody, but since finding this place a part of her had finally settled down. No more thinking she was about to be killed, or that things were after her. Just her, and this tiny slice where she had complete privacy.

Giselle was heavily pregnant now and Silvano could feel his nerves fray at the tension. She had to be due soon and it was rattling him to no end as they waited. He catered to her needs, and read to her when ever she asked for it. By now, he had asked her to take it easy, for he would not risk the health of their children and her own as well. But he needed time away, and he was sure she was tired of him hanging about her. He had to get out for a while, maybe find something nice for the two of them. Maybe he could catch her a bird of some sort to keep her company while he was out.

He walked along, wondering where to even start or if he could even ask someone. He was not going far from the Hotel, knowing that he ought to stay close by for his mate. If he wandered too far, he may not hear her cries if she needed him. And he had to be there for her. Silvano sighed, wondering how much longer it would be; the stress of waiting for his children was hard on him and he felt himself anxious in every bone of his body. But before he could decide on turning about, he saw someone he had not yet met. "Hello," he said carefully, though not unfriendly. She seemed pregnant too.

While her moods had settled somewhat, Terra was still easily put on edge. She didn't mean to act that way, but when the voice of a stranger reached her her first reaction was to bare her teeth. Hackles raised she looked at him, taking in his scent. A member of the pack, someone she just hadn't met before. Feeling a touch foolish Terra relaxed, her hackles dropping down. She sat back down, her heavy form insisting that she go ahead and stretch out, getting comfortable.

Her eyes didn't leave him as she did just that, sighing with contentment at the feel of the sand against her body. Terra even managed to get her tail to wag a little. Hello. Sorry about that. I didn't think anyone else was around here. It wasn't exactly the middle of nowhere, Terra's chosen place only a short walk away from everyone else. It wasn't anywhere in particular though, so most didn't pass through.
