Can't you see all these cracks

Maybe a walk would help clear her foggy mind. She hadn't been outside in what seemed so long that the wind felt strange against her face, the sun on her back was odd. She was too ashamed to walk through Thornberry and face the disapproving glares of everybody, for who could not know having hear the noise and learned of her terrible crime. Instead she slunk around like the lowly creature that she was, utilising her lupus form to stay as close to the ground as possible and therefore out of line of sight. She didn't want to meet anybody along the way and so kept to the shadows.

She relaxed more the closer to the edge of Cercatori she got as it became less likely she would encounter anybody other than a passing sentry which she could easily hide from. She didn't go far from the borders, a hundred or so meters beyond the scent border so she could feel like she was outside of her captivity. The sound of the ocean drew her towards it and before long she found herself sequestered on a rocky sandy beach. The waves were calm and mostly still, only becoming white headed when a breeze stirred them up. And it was here that she laid down and stared out to sea in silence, contemplating everything she had done wrong.
