Alarice once again made her way along Lightning Bay, having grown fond of it when she last came and spoke with her nephew, Endy. This time though she did not remain near Jaded Shadows but traveled southward bound in hopes of exploring and understanding the territory a bit more. It was perhaps later in the afternoon. It was a bit hard to tell do to the gray, hazy sky that hid the sun, and in turn its warmth. Alarice, as always during the winter months, wore a shawl about her shoulders to keep any breezes or increasingly cold weather at bay, her fur at what other scant clothing she wore doing the rest of the work to keep her warm. It was not to cold for now winds played across the bay that day, but the air still held a nip to it, gnawing at your lungs whenever you would take a breath in.

Perking an ear forward Alarice wondered if she should travel further, and risk not getting home until dark. She quickly decided though at the thought of dark, and the increasing cold. Instead the red wolf mix decided to look out over the ocean for a moment before heading back home, eyes following the calming movement of the ocean lapping against the beach.

Thanks for starting this! (:

indentShe hoped to find Segodi again. Somewhere along this beach or the territory near here. She had taken to searching up and down the entire coast and all around Inferni, but she could not pick up his scent anywhere. It frustrated her, why didn't she try harder? It was like he completely disappeared from the land. Even if he had stayed, would he have remembered? She was not sure, and she started to get choked up thinking about losing him again. It was going to grow dark soon and she thought about heading back to Inferni. Faolin made her way down the beach, she would just follow the coast back to Inferni, but a scent of another drifted near. It was that of a Jaded Shadow's wolf, but none she had recognized.

indentThe scent lead to a red wolf in human clothing. It was not often she saw others with clothing on, but it was not completely foreign to her. She walked up behind her, not too silently as to scare the poor girl out of her wits. "Hello!" she smiled, calling out a friendly greeting to the she-wolf. Raising her hand she waved and quickly run up next to her to catch up. It was getting chilly so this would be a short encounter, but Faolin never passed up the chance to meet a new friend.

Oh, hello, Alarice said, returning the others greeting with a note of surprise in her voice. Alarice took a moment to look over the stranger, noticing her coyote heritage but not thinking twice about it. Alarice had nothing against the different species of canidae, and in fact had some coyote blood in her herself. Bit chilly today, isn't it? Alarice offered, starting off the conversation with a bit of small talk. My name is Alarice, Alarice Kali.

She introduced with a small smile playing across her soft features, and her tail starting a gentle sway. Alarice was always up for meeting new people and seemed always to be in a friendly enough mood to do so. Taking a moment she adjusted the shawl covering her shoulders, and blinked a green and blue eye toward the stranger, wondering what pack, or in fact clan, she might be from.
