Go, go, go. Easier said then done. It was all she could think to do now. Just get away from this woman. Ryan didn’t want her around. She sure as hell wasn’t making the bottle anymore enjoyable. Oh, shit. The bottle! Ryan spun on her heels to see where she had left the wine, tumbling to her side from her quick movement. She had to put her palm out to the pavement to save herself from falling flat on her face. But no worries, Ryan easily had herself back on two feet in no time. Upon spying the bottle in Firefly’s hand, she turned to stalk off again. The dorm wasn’t too far. She’d be there soon and the bottle wasn't worth it.

Her voice came again, and Ryan shrugged her shoulders as if the words were tangible and the action could shake them away. But then, she froze her stumbling gait. What did she say? She turned to look over her shoulder, holding her arms out to her side to steady herself. "What?" Ryan asked, voice unnaturally harsh. "I don’t even know your brother," she said, turning her gaze forward again, before resuming her trek to the building.

Firefly couldn't help but laugh as she watched the other woman trying to escape but doing so poorly under the effects of the alcohol. She just grinned to herself and wandered slowly after her, letting the woman pull away a bit... and yet she almost instantly began to reel her back in with the words about her sibling. When the woman tried to defend herself against the truth Firefly laughed out loud at the silly girl. "Really, you think you don't know him?" She quickened her pace as she called out. "Just because we don't look alike doesn't mean we're not related.." She took another guzzle off the bottle as she chuckled and meandered on.

She caught the other's gaze a moment before the woman insisted she knew nothing of Firefly's sibling as she tried so hard to get to the buildings that were just out of reach. Firefly stopped in the middle of the walkway as she uttered the words that she'd kept hidden from the hybrid for so long. "I'll remember to tell Davi just how you're fairing then.. ok?" Boy would he be in for a surprise, so would the silly woman ahead of her if she hadn't figured it all out just yet.

The long, slender fingers were out, reaching for the door which was so close, yet somehow so far away. The words coming from the fiery woman behind her only bounced off Ryan’s back, as she tried to get into the dorm so that she could escape the world outside. When her fingers finally curled around the metal door handle, Ryan turned to face Firefly for what she hoped would be the last time for a long time. "I -" she started, but was cut off by the words the other woman had begun to speak.

Tell DaVinci? Ryan’s brain fumbled, trying to piece together Firefly’s words. And then, suddenly, there was a click. Ryan’s muzzle feature a visible frown then, as her shoulder slumped forwards. "DaVinci?" She asked aloud, "Your brother?" Just great. She was right, they didn’t look a thing alike. Ryan would have never known had the woman not revealed their relationship. She sighed then, wrapping her fingers tighter around the metal, as if it were all she had left. There were things she wanted to ask Firefly, but she wasn’t sure she would be given the answers she wanted. This woman seemed too cruel in her subtleties to really provide much help.

Firefly knew she had the women when she faltered and didn't just push on. A smirk spread across her lips ac she chuckled, knowing that she was about to give the woman a real dose of reality. No one seemed to remember just how many family members of the Sadira line lived in these lands, you really couldn't go two steps without running face to face with one of them. She chuckled as she waited for the fireworks to start going off.

When the few words were let out into the air Firefly just raised a brow in disbelief at the woman and nodded, the amusement she was getting from the whole thing clear across her face. She moved closer to the woman as she shrugged. "Hey, what can you say.. it's a small world..." The lady should have left while she still could, now she was stuck spending a few more moments with the always unstable woman that you never quite knew what she was going to do next.

Her fingers interlaced behind her back Firefly leaned forward and asked rather innocently. "You know.. we share almost everything.." She really didn't know if she just wanted to scare the hell out of the woman yet or if she was actually interested in screwing around with more than her head. She doubted that the lady was drunk enough to let her find out though, it was such a pity.

This post is crap. Sorry. Mind if we close this one? It's gotten kinda old now.[html]

Ryan’s lips pulled back in disgust at Firefly’s words. Her brain may have been swimming, but her mind was still able to wrap around the hidden intention behind the fiery woman's words. "Don’t you," Ryan started, fingers grabbing at the metal handle again, "have somewhere to be?" Thankfully, she managed to get the door open and quickly skirted herself inside. Whether or not Firefly was following, Ryan didn’t look. Instead, the rather intoxicated Inferni woman stumbled her way down the long corridor, looking for refuge where the buzz in her brain could fade away.

Firefly rolled her eyes, it was obvious that this woman who'd captured her brother's heart was a bit of a prune and had no interest in trying new things. She sighed as she watched the nervous drunkard moving through the doorway finally and down the hall. Instead of following the woman she just watched her go, wishing that she was following the lady but she wouldn't push her that far, not today atleast.

The redheaded lady turned away from the university and decided that perhaps her brother needed a visitor, one who could annoy him with just the simplest statement. If she was lucky she could have him all in a jumble before the night was through. She really did love the boy, but she loved to get on his nerves even more. What were sibling for.
