The monsoon season was well in way over the land of 'Souls. The rains came down heavily, without mercy and moistening the soils until much of the water began seeping out of the ground and forming large pools that often turned into moving currents in some select areas. For Asha Amara, the monsoon season was no season to stay cozy indoors! There was something about the season to where she loved the scented dew of the rainfall, the rolling thunder, the miraculous flashes of lightning. Her and Aidan seemed to not mind at the storms churning and fury, for they were riding right alongside with it.

Asha knew at this point she had strayed a ways from home, but she didn't care. Dawali would probably be the one losing his head right now, hoping to the great Spirit Guides that her daughter didn't find unfortunate death by ways of drowning in the floods. No, Asha was too crafty to fall in that trap! Not to mention quite a good swimmer in herself. There were lands coming up ahead to where Asha heard rumor were relatively new, but wasn't sure. With the dark gray clouds blanketing the skies, the pair continued to ride forth through the pelting of the rain. Asha was completely drenched alongside with Aidan, but didn't mind in the least. This was what she lived for.

PUMPKIN KNIGHT

Gods damn this blasted rain! It wouldn't have bothered him so much, if he didn't need to go out and check the borders everyday. But he was the pack's protector and Seneschal, and so it was his duty. Though today he wasn't going to suffer alone. For once he had left his clothes behind while using his optime form. There was no need to get those wet along with the rest of them. Haven had gone to the stables and put the bridal on Drogon, but forwent the blanket. As he lead the stallion to the door he balked at the sight of the downpour and snorted. "I don't like it either, but it'll be faster with you. Come on." Another snort as he mounted up, but the mustang gave in and trotted outside.

Bi-colored ears were plastered back against his head just as Drogon's were. This weather. Honestly. Haven had also left his sword behind. It had been hard enough finding a blade that wasn't rusted at the castle, he wasn't going to risk getting Vowkeeper wet unnecessarily. He sighed as he pushed the wet hair from his eyes when those jade oculars saw some movement. It was another horse and rider. Drogon's head turned and also took in the sight, seemingly intrigued. Their motion stopped, but he didn't call out just yet. He would wait and see what this brought.
