Her large black pup paws were soaked as she sloshed around in the mudd. Her whole body was covered in water and dirt, the smell of death and stink drifting from her small body. Night clenched her little teeth as she kept walking into unknown territory. It had been something, something had murdered her mother. It had been fast, dark, cruel. The dark pup held back the wave of emotions her little body threatened to subcome to. She knew if she started to give into those powerful waves she would die.

Now was a time to concentrate best she could, it was hard to do something like this at such a young age. At two months Night found her mind wondering back to her mother every second she had. To the large force that had taken her mother so quickly. The black pup growled as her heart ached in her chest. Why was such pain afflicting her? Had she been hurt to? So young she didn't understand the emotional pain she suffered already. Bright blue eyes were wide as she settled down into a thicket and looked out over the terrain set before her.

It was vast and the rain pelted down harder on the lands not easing up. Night felt her heart beat fast, all the unfamiliar scents rushing into her head like a full blown attack. Should she stay where she was? The girls small body shivered and she felt fear like she had never felt before. Easing forwards her large pup paw set on the mudd grounds again, the rain falling like bullets onto her already soaked pelt. She would be lucky to survive the night.

Big Grin, sorry for typos.

Leroy trotted through the rain as he did his ususally rounds on the borders, heading back home the large male wished to see his pups. They were so much bigger and the thought of them alone made him smile, that is mostly when no one is around. Each step his large patterned body moved the rain came down on him, tail danced behind him as his crimson eyes watched ahead. Anything out in this rain at these tempatures wouldn't last too long if it didn't know what to do.

The husky ignored the chill of the wind and the rain as he passed by normal way on his route, though it seems somthing smelt off. Leroy slowed to a stop as he listened to everything, the rain beating down so hard and his on fogged breath that appeared before him. Sniffing it was diffcult to point out the strange scent with so much rain and wind washing everything away. "Hello?" Waiting his call might have been for nothing but his bright red eyes watched as his ears listened. Though his left eye looks more distrubing then it really is, the large mess of clumped up scabs that made it hard for his eye to fully open. Brows pushed together for a moment as he looked back at his path, maybe it was nothing after all.

Night shivered as the rain continued to pelt down onto her black fur. Her peircing blue eyes scanned over the terrain, sharp and restless. Even at a young age she was harsh and cold to the scents around her. What had that thing been that had hurt her mother? The screams even now were deafening. Her little auds twitched on her small head and her large paws moved slowly as she tried to think through all the confusing things around her. The wind howling, the rains cold grasp, and her mothers pain.

It was the male voice that made her stop in her tracks her body frozen in fear and even an anger as she thought maybe the thing that had hurt her mother had come for her as well. Sharp blue orbs narrowed as a childs face became scrunched in anger and rage. The little girl turned to face the male that had yet to see her, his eyes were close to where she was, but not exactly. It would only be minutes before he located her position and did something.

Her little blue eyes were narrowed and her head lowered as a growl come her to small maw. She was young and full of fire, a blue rage of black fur and pinned ears. Her tiny tail was jerked up as a two month old body tried not to faulter under all the pressure pushing against it. The soul could sometimes be stronger then that of it's shell. It was Night's eyes that made her look so much like her real mother, as they narrowed and burned a deadly flame. Maybe not yellow, but blue the hottest color a flame could burn.

Curly tail moved slowly behind his patterned form as Leroy looked back at the mess of trees, bushes, water, and mud. Listening closely as his crimson eye watched again. Maybe the husky is starting to hear stuff, hell maybe he starting to loss it just a little bit. Water dripped off his patterned, soaked pelt as he watched more closely at the mess of shapes looking for anything that could have caught his attention. Blinking Leroy was sure he heard a sound as he tilited his head while his brows pushed together, ears fanned foward as his healthy eye noticed the black pup that seemed to be growling at him.

Leroy didn't speak as his blood colored eye meet the icy blue of the female pup before him that has taken such a brave pose, though the husky would have opened both eyes he doesn't feel like have blood blur his vision again. "What in the hell are you doing out here alone?" Looking over the pup the male stepped slightly to the side as his eyes watched it, why was somthing soo small out her without any protection. Breathing Leroy thought to himelf for a moment.

Her young body didn't relinquish the position of strength. In this world right now she was weak because of her age, but her heart wouldn't let her accept this travisty. Not even the rain could keep her fur down as it stood along her spine. Her blue eyes were beyond bright as they burned into the husky male who now stood over her. Was he going to kill her? Her mother had never explained death to her, would it hurt?

Her instincts told her that it was something to fear, to shove her strong spirit and hide. Night would rather face this heart racing fear then start to run again. His question perplexed her, did it have an air of concern? The pup couldn't place what it was that confused her about his question, but to her it didn't seem like your killer would ask you that? Or would they? "Mama is gone!" Was all Night said. When she didn't know a word or how to say something she just didn't speak, rather she waited till she had gathered the words before she spoke.

Her teeth never stopped baring and her growl never eased in her throat. She was angry and scarred. Though she didn't want to think about it her mothers blood lingered on her pelt and the scent was making her sick. What had happened to her mama? Had the large form taken her away? Confusion on the young pups part was causing her legs to sway, how much longer before she finally just passed out?

Blinking for a moment Leroy's hard, normally stuborn face went blank for a breif second as he looked down at the pup. Gone, the word was one that could mean nothing and everything at the same time. Oh it was such a heavy word that left the black little girl. Stepping closer the patterned male sniffed again as he looked over ever inch of the child from where he could see at least, it was clear she was scared though brave indeed there was fear in there beneath it. Looking at those strong eyes felt silghtly familar but the male quickly pushed the thought away.

"Your mama's gone?" Pausing Leroy slowly shifted to his two legged form before kneeling down more to her level, each wave of rain was making it cold..even for him now. "I can't leave you out here alone, you wana go somewhere warm? Its going to get worse out here, I'll help you look for her when it clears up" Speaking softly to the girl in the same way he spoke to Kable and Amaranth, she was brave and that was clear to him but the husky wanted to get the youngster out of this weather.

NIght narrowed her shocking blue eyes even more, her mothers flame strong inside her. Although the soft Whisper had been her parent, Svara had been her birth mother and the passion that she wolf had had went to her daughter. Night didn't trust this man, she was afraid he would do something to her, just like the quick form that made her mother scream. Ears pinned she kept her position using all her young strength.

"Did I stutter." The young girl growled out. That fraze had been one Whisper had always said to her when she hadn't wanted her to do something. Pain leaked into her tiny heart and it took all her soul not to faulter then. His words made her finally release the tension in her shoulders and let her tail fall back down. Her azure eyes never left him and she sat down shaking from the cold. "ok." Was all the pup said.

Leroy ignored the smart mouth of the child for now. Looking over the child with his healthly eye while keeping his wounded one shut, her body was so brave but when she relaxed he was surpiseingly glad of it. Her dark coat was soaked and with all the mud that clung to her made his brows push together, yes she won't last much longer like this. A sigh left him in the form of a soft white mist. Whatever happened to the child he couldn't tell but it was clear to him at least that she was hurt, either emotionaily or body wise he wasn't sure but it can be looked at later. A roll of thunder erupted over head as he meet her eyes agian when she spoke.

Nodding slightly the husky spoke back with his smooth deep voice. " Ok.." He repeated quitely to her now shivering form as he barely opened his hands in a gesture to her as he spoke." Let me carry you it will get you there faster, once we get there you can get dry and somthing to eat." Pausing the rain an wind pounded on his thick coat again, there was almost a whistle from the gust of wind that carried the rain like weapons. "Lets the hell out of here.."
He spoke smoothly with a calm since but he was ready to pluck the child up himself but he knew this was better, thinking for a second he could imagine want Kable an Amaranth would think.
