It depends how responsible the parents/puppysitter are and how active the kiddo is? I had Conor get lost all the way into Halifax when he was around two months old, and I've seen two-three months old characters wander around alone. Realistically I'd imagine more like 4-5 months? Don't think there's any specific rules on this.

Yeah, at about 2 to 2.5 months, they start to leave their dens, but if you consider a 2 month old luperci = 5 year old human, they wouldn't be able to wander very far, and they would most likely only begin wandering outside of their den by 2 months.
At 8 weeks to 3 months, they go through the "I'm afraid of everything" phase, so it wouldn't be realistic for them to start wandering around until 4 months, where they would start testing the limits and seeing how far outside the borders they can go. Also recall that: Luperci = human 2 months = 5 years 5 months = 8 years 8 months = 12 years So, 4 months would be 12 human years (7 years if a luperci). Hope that helps!
