This is probably pretty obvious (which I think it *might* be), but I'll ask this anyway just to be certain this is correct:

Since it says in the rules that it is discouraged to drop a character and then pick up a new one, does this also apply with the character you originally joined with (your primary character) as well?

I'm asking because I'm requesting to have Vesasia removed from the Loner ranks, and I'm aspiring to pick up one of my older primary characters again in place of her. I wasn't sure if this only applies to a player who has multiple characters, or to ones that are also just your only character.

The rule only applies to players with multiple characters. If you drop your only character, there is no wait period before you can rejoin with a new one.
