Hope this region is fine for you! 450

On this day the clouds above were thick and grayed, yet no evident flurries happened to break free from the heavens, although it didn't seem like that would hold true for the latter of the day and the coming of the night. It had to have been around midday, but with the condition of the thick blanket of clouds, it could have certainly been any point of the day at this point. For the Ayastigi, it didn't particularly mattered if the twilight hours were approaching or if it was still slightly short after noon yet. The journey from AniWaya to the very last foot of The Trenches wasn't one that was made in any short duration. Yet, there had been a remnant of wanderlust that still infected the Amara's system per se, and she couldn't help but whisk herself away from the tribe lands to explore the greater regions of what was know as 'Souls. She had not been acquainted with the lands surrounding AniWaya ever since she had first settled here with her people, and now that she had returned a second time, figured that now would be the best time to do some exploring and obtain some familiarity.

It would be soon enough where land would turn from dense forests of spruce, fir,and pine, to rolling plains, to hard grovel and stone. Her steed had a difficult time at first balancing both of themselves upon the hard stone that could easily give out from beneath the weight of the equine and the red she-wolf upon his back, but soon enough would his natural instinct kick in and he would brave The Trenches with his rider like a seasoned mountain big horn of some sorts. The pair had traversed all the way to the very drop off cliffs of The Trenches, where from here on out there was nothing but endless blue of the ocean and of the gray horizon. The atmosphere around here was much, much colder, due to the fact that the ocean had brought in quite a chilly draft and mist from the frigid waters. Overlooking the horizon from the cliffside, Aidan had halted for a temporary moment so that equine and wolf could gaze out into the endless horizon in silent contemplation. It would only be then that Asha would whisper something to Aidan, in which he could only reply with a nicker and a neigh. "Seems endless, don't you think? Just imagine the other worlds out there that we don't even know about. Much more than what we had seen on our journey." Her words were for Aidan's ears only, but would be stolen by silence and the draft of a cold breeze.
